Rooster Men’s Shop has two retail stores; one in Scottsdale and the other in Flagstaff. They have a loyal customer base but were reluctant to move into online sales because they didn’t to lose their in-store vibe and voice. After the pandemic, it became clear that having an online store to stay connected with customers is more important than ever before. We built the new Rooster website, but we needed a way to connect with current and new customers to drive sales

We built a series of automated email marketing flows that use customer browsing data to trigger different chains of communication. Our messages are a mixture of SMS and email. We also run bi-montlhy newsletters. Our automated flows, along with the newsletters have already accounted for over 5k in online sales in the last month. Our ability to capture Rooster’s unique voice, and connect them to their customers in a new way, will help Rooster continue to provide the best men’s clothing to everyone.
